It’s Almost Christmas Time!
Brrrrr….it’s getting cold out there! The holidays are coming at us so quickly. Is it just me, or did this year fly by super fast? I think as I get older that time moves more quickly. Thanksgiving is next week, then Christmas will soon follow.
Have you started your shopping? I would like to get mine done as soon as possible. I say every year that I want to have it done by October and then every year I am out 2 days before Christmas finishing up. UGH…I am not a person that likes crowds and I should probably do all of my shopping on Amazon.
We have a giveaway today that I know you will enjoy. A Christmas Story that every family should own. I don’t know about you, but every Christmas Eve we open one present. We have done this for as long as I can remember growing up. I think this would be the perfect one to open on Christmas Eve!

we also open one present on christmas eve as well.
and then i buy matching pj’s (or matching colored pj’s) for all of us to wear on christmas eve….i know, it’s corny but i love it (my husband, not so much
and when santa comes, he always leaves our stockings at the foot of our bed.
What a great tradition! We don’t do that but it’s a nice idea that we could try out this year.
We make Carmel corn as a family and then deliver it to friends the week before Christmas.
We go pick out our Christmas tree as a family the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Then we let our son choose a small one for our porch. We watch Christmas movies while we decorate too. Thanks for the chance to enter!
