Heading on a family vacation doesn’t mean that you can slack off on your exercise routine – especially if your in a challenge of your life! I was so excited when I heard some quick tips from Jennifer Antkowiak – Take Ten Tips actually! Ones that would make my trip Lifetime Challenge friendly!

Did you know that a simple resistance band can be squished up into a stress ball? How about it’s multitude of uses for exercises like bicep curls or how about working out that flab that keeps waving – long after you stopped!

I got my resistance band (a.k.a. firming band) from JenniferTVShow.com. They are also available at Walk At Home, as well as a number of chain stores. Being on a limited budget, I’m totally loving that they are inexpensive and so versatile!

  1. Great idea! Also, depending on where you are staying, check out their work-out facilities. :) I love that hour I can take for myself early in the morning before everyone else rouses from sleep.
