So another one of my challenges to overcome is that I still want to continue to breastfeed my 14 month old son. While I have no idea how long it will continue, I still want to nurse him as long as possible. So how do I continue nursing while loosing weight at a healthy rate- yet still loose 100 lbs in 365 days.
Am I crazy, can it even be done? I’d love if you have tips, books I should read, audio I should listen to, people I should follow on Twitter, etc – please let me know. I need help!
