Seriously – Monday already? I like the weekend. I like being able to say “I’ll do that on Monday” “I’ll start drinking more water on Monday” – I’ll do this and that…..on Monday.

Crap- Monday is here.

So today is the day I have to motivate myself to walk an extra mile, drink an extra glass of water, go to bed on time, get up before my kids – today is the day.

Today.

Not tomorrow
Not on Monday
Not next week
Not after this one more bite

Today – Now!

So what are YOU starting NOW? I know I’m finishing posting this and taking a couple laps around our apartment- may even do the stairs a few times!
