Alright so here it is – I’m not pushing hard enough and I will not use the excuse that it’s the time of day or what I may or may not have on that is helping me in the additional weight category.
June 27th, 2010
- 270.1 lbs
- Up 3.3 lbs since 6/16
So let’s focus on the good – I am drinking more water on a daily basis but it is not as much as I need to be intaking. I am pushing myself to NOT wait to tomorrow to workout even if I do a modified Walk At Home in the kitchen as I work on the laptop.
Now the negative – I’m not pushing myself enough. No one else is going to push me I need to do this for me!! I have gained over 3 lbs and I’m not happy about that. In fact I’m pissed so you know what happens when you get pissed you take your anger out on the pavement or with resistance bands.
Actually this entire post was written with the laptop on the kitchen counter and me walking in place Leslie Sansone style including the dreaded kick-backs as you are squatting down into them to really get the burn going in the thighs!

I think I will do my taebo today in honor of you! Tomorrow starts my “official” restart as I had to wait to get to the store for food. Now that I have a new job, thank God, the stress of this one isn’t so great on me. I still hate working there but I know in 2 weeks I am out! Time to make a change. You can do it
